Research Services

Expert research makes the difference between a script that leaps off the page and one that lies flat. Worse yet–one that distracts with jarring historical inaccuracies or out-of-era fashion. Yet research takes time away from actual writing; and it has its own set of skills and tools.

Working with a professional researcher is the smart thing to do when time is limited, when you need to focus on your writing, or you want to leverage the expertise of someone who has extensive experience.

An expert researcher knows how to use research tools and how to use metadata for hard-target searches. They can give you references in the most useable and accessible ways—letting you maximize your time and your efforts.

Research can be provided on a variety of subjects and delivered as typed reports or as visual binders. Topics can include references on folklore, mythology and fairy tales. It can provide notes on world cultures throughout history, including but not limited to:

  • Festivals
  • Culture
  • Architecture
  • Clothing and costumes
  • Historical dates and documents
